Paid internships and placements

Anyone may apply. Roles are paid, matched to skill sets, and opened when there is funded work. Applying is not a job offer. Unpaid internships, unpaid sales calling, and unpaid legal work are not offered.

How this works

[Company] is a specialist consultancy. Client delivery is led by the principal. Interns and junior contractors support that work under supervision when a paid placement is funded (typically after signed client work, or a defined budget for a school-credit / ESA-compliant internship).

Ontario employment standards apply to paid work. Rate, hours, and start date are confirmed in writing before anyone starts. We do not trade “experience and a reference” for unpaid labour.

What a placement might include

In scope (supervised)

Documentation and runbooks, lab notes, research on SSE/IAM topics, checklist preparation, internal ops, and junior delivery support on work the principal has scoped.

Out of scope

Independent client sales calls, quoting, or contracting. Legal advice, MSA drafting as counsel, or representing the firm as a lawyer. 24×7 on-call. Claiming vendor partner status.

You do not need all of these. Say what you actually have. Fit is against the launch services: Netskope/SSE/DLP and Entra ID / identity.
